HOW DO I FIND THE EXPIRY DATE OF THE O'LYSEE PURE WATER MIST I PURCHASED?
The number you find on the label of our O'lysee Pure Water Mist is the manufacturing batch number. This product has a shelf life of 3 years from its manufacturing date, in accordance with the safety standards for cosmetic products. As a responsible manufacturer, we are required to comply with labeling requirements, but indicating the expiry date on the product is not mandatory. If you would like to obtain a more precise manufacturing date or if you have any questions about the use of our product, you can contact our quality department by telephone on the following number: 03 87 84 60 80. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
1. Fill your cart
By clicking on "Add to Cart", you can select the products you wish to order. This will take you to your "Shopping Cart", where you can update your selection at any time, changing quantities, and adding or removing products. Don't forget to "Update Cart" before confirming.
2. Confirmation – Address and payment
If you already have an account, sign in with your email and password. You must register as a new customer to place an order. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, except as necessary to fulfill a request from you – such as to ship your order. Next, enter your billing address. This will be used as the default shipping address. If you would like your order to be sent to a different address, check the box provided for this purpose, and enter your shipping address. You will then be able to select the payment method you wish to use.
3. Validate your order
Please verify that all the information you have provided is correct. Read and accept the terms and conditions before finalizing your order. Finally, validate by clicking on "Order". Thank you for your order!
HOW TO USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
You can add a promo code by clicking on "Cart", in which you will find the details of the products you wish to purchase. On this page you will find a section to add the promo code. Type the code in the "Promo Code" box and then click on "Apply". The total cost of your chosen products will be adjusted automatically.
Only one promo code can be used per transaction. Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to change/apply the code.

HOW DO I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
1. By email when you place an order on www.olysee.com and choose payment, you will receive a first email confirming that your order has been processed. This email will provide you with your order number, a summary of the products ordered, as well as your billing and delivery address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing a link that allows you to track the progress of your order in real time, as well as your tracking number.

Information on the right of withdrawal
Consumer
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that do not fall within his or her commercial or independent professional activity.
Consumer's right of revocation
You can revoke your acceptance of the sales contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by a clear statement via our contact form . In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send a message before the end of the revocation period that you wish to exercise your right of revocation.
Consequences of retraction
In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will reimburse you for all payments received by us, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For the reimbursement, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction; in no event will you be charged for this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided us with evidence that you have returned the goods. You must return the goods without delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods within fourteen days. In the event of any deterioration of the product, we owe you compensation only to the extent that the deterioration occurred before opening the product, and/or following regulatory use of the product, which extends beyond its properties and functioning.

Please note that only unopened and unused products are eligible for refund and/or return.
If you wish to withdraw, you can return your order to us.
If your order includes free products, please return them to us as well if you want a full refund. If you keep any products, we will only be able to give you a partial refund.
How to return your order to us
To do this:
- Download the return slip. Fill out the prepaid return slip with your order number and address.
- Download your return slip and go to your nearest Mondial Relay point to send your package.
Once your package is received by our warehouse, we will review your return and our team will be able to process a refund for your order.
